What you need

Instructions
1. Dice a yellow onion into small pieces. 2. Make a sauce by mixing mayo, minced garlic, hot sauce, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. 3. Heat a pan, add olive oil, and sauté onions until lightly caramelized. 4. Add spinach to the pan and sauté until tender. 5. Melt butter in the pan, toast burger buns. 6. Cook the perfect burger according to box instructions, top with Pepperjack cheese. 7. Add more oil or butter if needed, fry an egg sunny side up. 8. Assemble the burger and enjoy.
