cup cooked sushi rice

lb salmon

Instructions
Take safe to eat salmon (pre-marinated with chipotle flavor if possible) and slice it up. Slice the avocado and cucumber as well. Spread your prepared sushi rice evenly on a seaweed wrap. Carefully flip the seaweed wrap over so the rice is on the outside. Fill the wrap with your sliced salmon, avocado, and cucumber. Roll it up tightly, then slice the roll into pieces.
