Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Burger

Crumble blue cheese and combine it with sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, buttermilk, hot sauce, garlic, chives, and your choice of seasonings. You don’t really need to measure just adjust amounts to your taste and texture. Take ground chicken, season and add hot sauce. Form into a ball and gently press it down on a hot oiled cast iron pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes each side depending on thickness. Add mozzarella and steam until melted. Slice a tomato, salt it, slice red onion and lettuce. Toast buns in butter and assemble!🍔
