What you need
tbsp ketchup

raw shrimp

tsp garlic powder

tbsp sriracha hot sauce
pinch salt

onion

tsp olive oil

tbsp unsalted butter
tbsp mayonnaise
tsp honey

tsp chili flakes

sesame seed hamburger buns

pinch pepper

tsp table sugar

tsp onion powder
lb ground beef
slice extra sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Take colossal raw shrimp, clean and remove the poop line if not already done. Season with salt and pepper. Sear in a cast iron pan for a couple minutes each side, basting them with butter. 2. Take a sesame seed bun and toast it in butter in a pan until golden. 3. Take a burger ball and smash it down in cast iron, season with salt and pepper, then flip and top with cheese. Cover the cheese until melted. 4. Cook bacon until crispy. 5. For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sriracha, honey, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. 6. Caramelize onions in a pan with butter, olive oil, a little salt and sugar on medium-low heat, covering and stirring often until soft and browned. 7. Assemble your burger with the toasted bun, special sauce, smash burger, melted cheese, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and seared shrimp. Enjoy!View original recipe
