Mushroom and Onion Swiss Burger

A delicious burger combining the rich flavors of mushrooms, onions, and Swiss cheese, all nestled on a toasted bun with your choice of seasonings and hot sauce.

What you need

slice swiss cheese

hamburger bun

dash hot sauce
tbsp mayonnaise

yellow onion
dash seasoning
slice mushrooms

beef patties
Instructions
1. Slice and prep your veggies. 2. Heat a pan with olive oil to medium/medium-high heat. 3. Season beef patty to your liking and place your burger patty on the pan once hot. Allow to cook for several minutes and flip then cover. Continually flip and cover if needed. 4. Once the internal temp is where you’d like, top with cheese and let sit until melted. 5. Remove burger patty and add more olive oil if needed and throw in your veggies with seasoning and sauté for several minutes then cover. Continually stir until softened. 6. Top your veggies with Swiss cheese then cover until melted and remove from pan. 7. Butter or spread mayo on your buns and toast in the pan. 8. Assemble with bottom bun with mayo and hot sauce, then your beef, then your veggies, then more hot sauce and the top bun.
