What you need

cup flour

fl oz hot sauce
egg

oz butter

cup milk

head lettuce
fl oz oil

tomato

tsp salt

cup bread crumbs

sesame seed hamburger buns

fl oz light mayonnaise
Instructions
Take shrimp and peel then devein it. After that wash it to remove any dirt or feces. Season to your liking. Coat in flour then egg and milk mixture then breadcrumbs. Air fry about 5 minutes each side after giving a light spray of oil at 400 degrees. Toast sesame or wheat buns in butter, slice a tomato and salt it. Finely chop some lettuce.
