Form a burger ball and heat a cast iron pan to medium high heat. Add olive oil and smash your burger ball down. Season with salt and pepper then flip. Top with cheese and steam until melted. Caramelize onions with olive oil, butter, salt and sugar. Take lobster tail and cut down the middle tail and boil for 3 minutes then remove the shell. Take butter and soften in microwave and add garlic powder, rosemary, and minced garlic. Slather your lobster tail with butter. Toast sesame seed buns in butter. Combine mayo, sriracha, garlic, honey and char a red pepper until blackened. Steam it in a covered bowl for 8 minutes then remove the blackened skin. Mince it and add it to your garlic mayo. Chop up red yellow and orange peppers. Assemble your burger and enjoy!
