Prepare rice according to package directions and season lightly with rice vinegar and salt when finished. 3. Thinly slice your avocado and cucumber while salmon and rice are cooking. 4. Make your sauce by turning a pan to medium high- high heat and add in your hot honey, sweet heat seasoning, and hot sauce and mix together. Stir consistently until sauce is bubbling and slightly thickens then pour into a safe bowl and set aside. 5. When salmon and rice are done cooking, fluff your rice and put it into a bowl, then top with your salmon, avocado, and cucumber. 6. Shred your salmon with a fork in your bowl and pour on the hot honey sauce and mix together. 7. Top with crunchy fried onions and sesame seeds and enjoy with both a fork and seaweed squares.
