Lobster Roll, Corn, and Chips

What you need

romaine lettuce

lobster tail
tsp lemon zest

tsp table salt

tsp lemon juice

tsp parsley

cup mayonnaise

tsp paprika
tsp ground pepper

corn

tbsp green onion
potato

tbsp fresh chives
tsp fresh garlic
Instructions
For the Lobster Roll: Boil lobster for about 1 minute for each ounce in weight. Peel and slice lengthwise in half. Combine mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, the 1/8 tsp parsley), chopped celery, chives, and garlic in a bowl, then gently mix in your lobster. Toast your split top buns in butter. Place a lettuce leaf first, then your lobster mixture, then top with more chives. For the Corn: Boil corn cob for about 10 minutes, then spread on butter with more salt, pepper, and parsley. For the Chips: Slice potato on a mandolin (PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THESE THINGS) then soak in ice water for at least 30 minutes. Fry at 350-375°F until done, then mix with salt.
