Instructions
1. Chop up the chocolate and slice the banana 2. Mix together all other ingredients except the peanut butter and syrup until a smooth batter is formed. If you want your pancakes sweeter you can add a little more sugar. 3. Heat a pan or griddle to medium/medium low heat, spray with cooking oil or use butter, and spoon the batter onto the pan, making circular motions with your ladle to get them even. 4. Add your bananas and chocolate pieces to the pancake And then spoon a couple tablespoons of batter over the bananas and chocolate so they are covered. 5. When the edges are starting to become cooked and the pancake batter is bubbling slightly, flip and let cook for about a minute. 6. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave, and then drizzle it over your stack of pancakes along with maple syrup.
