Bread Heat cast iron to medium high and throw in you pita bread until it is warm on both sides Sauce Combine about a half cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice, about 1/2 tsp of minced garlic then add salt, pepper, and dill to taste and thin out with water until it is your desired consistency. Reduce heat to medium and baste the chicken with butter until its internal temperature reaches 165°F. Thinly slice the cooked chicken. 2. **Prepare the Vegetables:** Finely chop the lettuce, mini tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and sweet pickles. 3. **Prepare the Fries:** Cut russet potato into fries. Soak the potato fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then rinse a few times and pat them completely dry. Fry the potatoes at 300°F for a few minutes, then increase the temperature to 375°F and fry for another minute until crispy.
