What you need

pinch salt

cup mayonnaise

splash white vinegar

slice cheese

lb ground beef

pinch black pepper

tsp ketchup

pinch garlic powder

tbsp butter

tomato

tsp mustard

tsp sweet pickle relish

slice bread

bunch lettuce

pinch pepper
Instructions
Bacon: Heat a pan to medium-high heat. When hot, add your bacon and flip continuously until crispy. Remove some of the bacon grease but not all of it. Burger: Take 80/20 ground beef and form a ball about the size of a tennis ball. Smash it down in the same pan you cooked your bacon until it forms about a 1/2 inch thick disc. Season with salt and pepper. After a few minutes, flip it and when the meat is cooked through or to your liking, add cheese then cover with a lid just for a few seconds to initiate melting. Then remove the burger. Veggies: Slice a tomato and tear off some lettuce about the size of your bread. Bread: Heat a pan to medium heat and add butter. Once butter starts to bubble, add your bread. Continuously move around in butter until the sides are toasted to your liking then flip (you may have to add more butter but be careful not to let the pan get too hot and burn the butter/bread). Do the same thing until both sides are toasted. Sauce: In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup mayo, 1 tsp ketchup, 1 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp sweet relish, a hint of white vinegar, a very small pinch of garlic powder, and a very small pinch of black pepper. Mix well. Assemble: Lay down your sauce on one of your pieces of toast then add bacon, then your burger, then tomato, and then lettuce. Sauce the other piece of bread and top it off.View original recipe
