What you need

parmesan cheese
fresh chives

pasta sauce

garlic powder
oregano
salt

black pepper

parsley flakes

red pepper flake
italian seasoned bread crumbs

pasteurized egg

worcestershire sauce

yellow onion
ground beef

cooked rotini
Instructions
1. Combine beef, onion, Worcestershire, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings in a bowl and then grind them up with your hands until they mesh together, and form them into the size a little smaller than a tennis ball. 2. Heat a pan with olive oil on medium high and once hot, place in your meatballs and cover for a few minutes. Flip once they are seared on one side and cover again to sear the other side. 3. Turn the heat to medium low and pour in your pasta sauce, flip the meatballs again, and simmer until the internal of the meatball is 165, or for about 10 minutes. 4. Cook your pasta to box instructions while the meatballs simmer. 5. When the pasta and meatballs are done cooking mix in the pasta in the pan with the meatballs so that it all comes together. 6. Top with finely chopped chives and fresh grated parmesan.View original recipe
