Take New York strip steak and let it come to room temperature after patting it dry. Season it then sear on cast iron in olive oil. Flip and baste with butter and garlic until done to your liking. Take a plain bagel and toast it in butter. Fry an egg in the garlic butter left over from your steak and then cook some bacon on a clean pan. Combine mayo, sriracha, garlic, and honey for your sauce. Assemble your sandwich with toasted cheese and enjoy!
