For the Lobster Roll: Boil lobster for about 1 minute for each ounce in weight. Peel and slice lengthwise in half. Combine mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, the 1/8 tsp parsley), chopped celery, chives, and garlic in a bowl, then gently mix in your lobster. Toast your split top buns in butter. Place a lettuce leaf first, then your lobster mixture, then top with more chives. For the Corn: Boil corn cob for about 10 minutes, then spread on butter with more salt, pepper, and parsley. For the Chips: Slice potato on a mandolin (PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THESE THINGS) then soak in ice water for at least 30 minutes. Fry at 350-375°F until done, then mix with salt. Enjoy!
