Pretzel Burger 🥨 Form a burger ball with 80/20 ground beef and smash it down on cast iron with olive oil on medium high heat. Season it then flip and top with cheese and steam it until melted. Cut onion into slices about 1/2 inch thick and dip in flour then eggs twice then finish in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Salt when finished. Chop a jalapeño and combine mayo, Dijon mustard, honey, and your diced jalapeño. Toast your pretzel bun in butter on a nonstick pan. To make the cheese sauce combine a little butter and about a tablespoon flour and cook for a minute or two after whisking it together then add milk and cook until thickened up a little on medium - medium low heat then add equal parts cheese to the amount of milk you poured on low heat until your desired consistency. If you want it thinner add more milk. If you want it thicker add more cheese. Season it with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Assemble your burger with jalapeños and enjoy!
