Chicken: Season chicken thighs and then sear on a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat in olive oil. Flip and then throw in garlic and butter and baste until the internal temperature is 165°F. Slice thinly. Bacon: Cook bacon over medium-high heat and finely chop. Corn: Dab off some of the grease from the bacon but not all. Throw in corn on medium-high heat and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and chili powder. Throw in butter and garlic and cook about 10 minutes. Eggs: Boil eggs for 10-12 minutes then peel and slice once cooled. Veggies and cheese: Slice up all your veggies (like mixed greens, tomatoes, and avocado) and your blue cheese into small pieces. Assemble your salad with all prepared components and add any dressing you like; red wine vinaigrette is recommended.
