Take shrimp and peel then devein it. After that wash it to remove any dirt or feces. Season to your liking. Coat in flour then egg and milk mixture then breadcrumbs. Air fry about 5 minutes each side after giving a light spray of oil at 400 degrees. Toast sesame or wheat buns in butter, slice a tomato and salt it. Finely chop some lettuce. Combine lite mayo and hot sauce. Assemble and enjoy!
