A fiery burger recipe featuring a smash patty, melted cheese, scorched habanero and jalapeño peppers, a spicy habanero mayo sauce, and homemade seasoned buttermilk onion rings, all served on a toasted sesame seed bun.

Take a burger ball and smash it down on cast iron with olive oil on medium high heat. Season then flip and top with cheese. Steam until melted. Take habanero and jalapeño peppers and scorch them with a cooking torch. Once skin is blackened place them in a bowl and cover for about 10 minutes then scrape off the skin, you may have to use water to help. Slice the peppers. Put some habaneros with mayo and garlic for your sauce. Toast a sesame seed bun. Take onion rings and soak them in season buttermilk then cover in a mix of flour and cornstarch and let them sit in the mixture for a little while before frying. Assemble your burger and enjoy!
