A simple and delicious recipe for homemade fruit roll-ups using fresh mango, pineapple, a touch of honey, and lemon juice, topped with Tajin for a zesty kick.

Cut fresh mango and pineapple into chunks. Combine the fruit chunks with a little honey and lemon juice in a food processor and purée until smooth. Spread the purée evenly over a silicone baking mat. Top the purée with Tajin. Bake in an oven at 170-175 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 hours, or until dried and pliable. Once cooled, cut the dried fruit sheet lengthwise and roll them up.
