General Tso’s Chicken Ramen 🍜 Cook chicken in cast iron pan on medium high heat in olive oil then baste with butter after the chicken is almost cooked until done. Slice the chicken and combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, brown sugar, white sugar, red pepper flakes, garlic, and a cornstarch mixed with water slurry. Thicken the sauce on a simmer then add your chicken. Cook enoki mushrooms in butter, garlic, olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Slice fish cakes, carrots, jalapeños, and tear some seaweed. Boil an egg for exactly six minutes then put it in an ice bath then crack it and slice. Cook your ramen according to package directions and add a piece of bok choy into the pot. Assemble and enjoy!
