A homemade version of the classic Big Mac burger with a special sauce, featuring two patties, melted cheese, lettuce, onion, and a toasted sesame seed bun.

Take a sesame seed bun and toast it in butter with half of another bun. Chop up some lettuce and onion. Take burger, form a ball and smash onto cast iron pan with olive oil. Season then flip and top with cheese and steam until melted. Do the same thing with another patty. For the sauce combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Assemble your burger with the toasted buns, patties, cheese, chopped lettuce, onion, and special sauce. Enjoy!
