A quick and easy salmon sandwich recipe featuring seasoned salmon, fresh vegetables, and a garlic mayo spread on toasted buns with cheese.

Take salmon fillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil on medium high heat for around 3-4 minutes each side depending on thickness. Squeeze fresh lemon in pan and cover while you cook. Slice up tomato and salt it. Slice avocado and season with salt and pepper. Slice red cabbage in thin strings. Combine mayo and garlic for your sauce. Toast buns in butter on medium heat. Assemble with toasted cheese and enjoy!
