A delicious burrito filled with seasoned steak, seared shrimp, homemade guacamole, rice, and mozzarella cheese, then toasted until golden and topped with sriracha mayo.

Cut any steak into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook in a cast iron pan with olive oil on medium-high heat. About halfway through cooking, add butter and garlic and continue to cook until done. Clean and season shrimp. Sear the shrimp on both sides in the cast iron pan with olive oil, basting with butter until done. Cut up an avocado and smash until smooth. Chop tomato and onion, then add them to the avocado. Add garlic, paprika or cayenne pepper, garlic salt, pepper (or any preferred seasonings), and a squeeze of lime juice to create the guacamole. Cook rice according to package directions. Assemble your burrito by layering rice, guacamole, steak, shrimp, and mozzarella cheese onto a tortilla. Roll the burrito tightly and toast it on a pan until golden brown. Top with any leftover steak and shrimp, then drizzle with sriracha mayo. Enjoy!
